Growing up in San Diego county, I started playing rugby when I was 7 years old. All in all, I was fortunate to have 8 years of top-level club experience with Thunder Rugby. My family also spent three years in Colorado Springs where I played three seasons with the NCOS Falcons rugby team. As a freshman and sophomore, I played high school rugby with St. Augustine High School's Varsity Rugby team in San Diego, and am now playing my first season with Dallas Jesuit College Prep. My father recently retired after 27 years in the Marine Corps and we moved from San Diego to Dallas to be closer to family. We have been a rugby family ever since I can remember. My mom was on the first ever women's team at the Naval Academy, and my dad played at Iona College. My younger brother and two younger sisters have also been playing since they were 5 years old.
